Looking to start a career in IT? We have an exciting opportunity available for a 1st Line Support / Helpdesk Administrator to work closely within a team of other support engineers in a busy, successful IT Support Company.

This would ideally suit a school leaver or someone looking for their first job.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Provide telephone and email support to clients
  • Logging support tickets
  • Liaise with engineers to update customers during the support process
  • Complete daily tasks as required by the management team

 

Desired Skills:

Any knowledge of the following:

  • PC's / laptops / tablets
  • Microsoft Windows (8 and 10)
  • Microsoft Office

  • Good communication and telephone skills
  • Knowledge of IT  terminology and phrases
