Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised HR Administrator to join their team.
The HR Administrator will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the HR team, and act as the first point of contact for staff. This role will involve responsibility for all administration relating to the employee life cycle, including on-boarding, induction and the leaver process. Additionally, the HR Administrator will be responsible for managing the company’s background screening programme, liaising with recruitment agencies, and updating the HR system and the company intranet site.
The ideal applicant will have a strong focus on detail, a passion for learning and the ability to take on increased responsibility. You will be process-driven as well as capable of providing innovative improvements, and have strong administration and IT skills. This role would be an excellent and inspiring start to a career in Human Resources, or an ideal role for someone returning to the HR workplace after a career break.
