Our client is running a program to implement a suite of application and data solutions to revolutionise how the investment and operations teams work by delivering significant improvements in collaboration, automation and productivity for the Private Equity and Alternatives desks.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced hands-on Investments Project Manager to manage these initiatives.

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • Five years of experience in Asset Management
  • Project Management
  • Business Analysis
  • Broad asset type experience (especially Private Equity, Alternatives, Private Credit, Direct & Indirect Real Estate, Infrastructure and Real Assets)
  • Private Markets systems (Experience of implementing Private Equity / Alternative Vendor Systems such as eFront, Taliance, iLevel, Burgess, Investrans)
  • Front, Middle and Back Office
  • Technology vendor management experience

 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage project(s) for the business, ensuring consistent methodology, clear communication and effective prioritisation of requirements
  • Maintain effective internal and external customer, stakeholder and partner relationships
  • Develop and agree project terms of reference (PID’s)
  • Manage projects in an inclusive manner by liaising closely with project sponsors and all project stakeholders
  • Ensure effective service provider supervision & due diligence and appropriate remediation/ escalation measures
  • Supervise and coordinate project contractors and vendor supplied consultancy staff
  • Deliver successful customer outcomes
