Our Investment Management client is looking for an experienced Regulatory Project Manager who will be responsible for running multiple regulatory projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Proven project management background in an asset management environment
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to form strong business relationships
  • The ability to roll your sleeves up and get a job done with absolute autonomy and confidence
  • Solid exposure to regulatory initiatives across financial services such as MiFID, GDPR, SMCR, FATCA, Brexit etc. is essential
  • Maintain knowledge of regulatory developments pertaining directly to the investment function, as communicated by the SEC, FCA, FSCA etc.
  • Ability to perform a blended role as needed – business analyst/project manager/programme manager
  • Adherence to the project governance:
  • Produce all required project documentation
  • Manage all project deliverables to budget and resource
  • Manage all issues/risks and mitigation thereof
  • Communicate and manage project expectations to the internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilise the project management system to run all projects



  • Degree or equivalent with finance/business/computing orientation
  • 5-10 year’s industry, project management/business analyst
  • Regulatory experience
