Salesforce Support - Investment Management

This Investment Management client is looking for a specialist Salesforce Support Analyst to support the applications used by their Client Services and Distribution teams and in the main that is Salesforce!

In this Salesforce Support role you'll be supporting Salesforce users and suggesting improvements for business processes to help the Sales and Marketing guys get ahead. with things like:

 

  • Salesforce Application support for Salesforce Sales Cloud support to internal Sales, Client Management and Marketing users.
  • Building strong relationships with the user base.
  • Managing user permissions/security settings (roles, profiles, etc.).
  • Troubleshooting Salesforce platform/performance bugs, reporting errors, and integration issues.
  • Supporting system integrations.
  • Helping Salesforce users with reporting and dashboard requirements
  • Assisting with new Salesforce functionality 
  • Monitoring and championing Salesforce user adoption.

 

The skills needed are:

  • 2 years Salesforce experience (Salesforce ADM201 certification preferred).
  • Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with data management including using Data Loader.
  • SQL 

 

And preferably:

  • Knowledge of event management and document management tools
  • Experience of working in an Agile environment and preferably within the ITIL ITSM framework.
