We are looking for an experienced Internal Recruiter recruiter to join our client’s global team, based in the UK, to provide end-to-end best-practice recruitment services to the UK, Europe, and Asia region. With an eye for detail and a passion for creating a positive candidate experience, you’ll be sourcing high-performing talent to support the business in meeting its strategic goals through innovative recruitment solutions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be highly experienced in recruitment and have a proven track record in delivering strong results, whether through an employer branding strategy or using traditional recruitment methods. You’ll need to design a recruitment strategy considering talent pipelines and future needs, taking both DE&I factors and the whole candidate experience into account. As well as end-to-end recruitment, you’ll manage the company’s new career page website, support employer branding initiatives, and manage external recruitment agencies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have experience in the Asset Management or financial services industry, a good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), plus exceptional communication skills.
Experience or knowledge of Workday Recruitment would be highly desirable, and experience using personality assessment tools would also be advantageous.
