Wealth Systems Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of a front-to-back wealth management platform for a distinguished investment organisation. This is a major transformation project covering multiple asset classes, with a strong focus on alternatives and private equity.

The Role

You will begin with a mobilisation phase in Q4 2025 (part-time), establishing project governance and preparing for delivery. From January 2026, you will take responsibility for an 18-month full-time programme, working closely with both internal stakeholders and the system vendor.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and leading project governance (SteerCo, RAID, reporting).

• Managing internal participants across investments, operations, legal, and finance.

• Overseeing data migration and transformation from legacy systems and custodians.

• Designing and implementing new business processes and policies.

• Coordinating UAT and ensuring smooth adoption of new workflows.

• Acting as the lead contact for vendor collaboration, ensuring delivery on scope and timelines.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record of wealth management platform implementations, for example:

  • Addepar, FundCount, FA Solutions / FA Platform, Private Wealth Systems, WealthArc, Masttro, Altoo, Asora

  • Clearwater Analytics, IMIX, eFront, Allvue, Investran, iLEVEL

• Experience with alternatives/private equity workflows and complex fund structures.

• Strong background in data migration, custodian integrations, and reporting.

• Hands-on style, adaptable to a lean environment with minimal management layers.

• Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a pragmatic approach.

• London-based, able to be on-site two days per week.

Contract Details

• Duration: 18 months (initial)

• Start: Part-time mobilisation from October 2025; full-time from January 2026

• Location: West End, London (onsite 2 days per week, no travel required)

• Rate: £700–£1,000 per day (Outside IR35, to be confirmed)
