We’re hiring a Desktop Engineer on a rolling 6-month contract. This on-site role is based in London and covers end-user support as well as long-term planning for hardware and endpoints.
Alongside day-to-day fixes and builds, you’ll be expected to own the hardware and endpoint roadmap – ensuring standards, upgrades and refresh cycles keep pace with the business and deliver a smooth user experience.
Your responsibilities:

Desktop, laptop and mobile support (Windows, Apple, iOS, Android).

Hardware fixes, upgrades and new kit deployments.

Managing asset lifecycle and refresh schedules.

Contributing to improvements in tools, processes and documentation.

Coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.
We’re looking for:

Strong track record in desktop/end-user support in a corporate setting.

Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory and Intune.

Experience of hardware lifecycle and refresh planning.

Ability to combine hands-on support with forward-looking hardware strategy.

Good communicator with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
Contract: 6 months rolling
